Just decided to check my bank account online and my old insurance company is still taking money off me
£40 a month FFS
12 minutes to go and I'll be telling there customer services what I think of them!

I have to wait for thenm to send me a letter, then I have to reply and send a copy of my new insurance policy certificate!
The process could take up to 4 weeks! Do they think money grows on trees and that everybody can afford to loose £40.
WANKERS!
This is Hastings Direct, so be warned! Wouldn't mind but my new policy is only £25 a month!

Yes, if you are going with a new insurance company, ALWAYS cancel the old direct debit!
