It says its from Vodafone and the number is from 23533420000382 just had another sayin "the recall notice is limited to chargers marked "made on Thailand by Delta"

Its more than likely true, there was a recent known problem with Ericsson chargers known to start fires.

They will send those txts to anyone on their system with an Ericsson phone made between certain dates.
