hey im wondering whats the best suspension to get, is it just springs or full kit and how much would it cost to fit at a local garage?

its better to get a full kit rather than just springs. However its what u can afford but the best advice is to get springs and dampers. hope that helps.
As for cost i dont really know as my mate is a mechanic so i use his garage for free with his help. i heard something around the £70ish mark to put springs on but i may be wrong!
