so I took it into Tmobile to claim on the insurance and after filling out the form, they then took the phone off me and said they will contact me in a week to let me know whats happening........no loan phone, no new phone there and then so im stuck with nothing : (

havent been without a phone since i was 16

This is gunna be HARD!

Borrow off a mate and stick sim in it, I use work phones when mine is broken

ask any of ur mates on vodafone too, most vodafones come unlocked. Every one ive had brand new have been.
