Had some nob crash into the side of my corsa and was given a Ford KA 1.3I as a curtesy car to trev around in untill mine was sorted.

Well gotta say the Ka is a really nice car to drive (ok so its not to fast)but the chassis and suspension are amazing tho, for a standard car that hasnt been lowered it takes corners perfectly without stepping out of line or sliding (and thats in the wet and at speed).

the best bit was being able to take speed bumps at 40+ mph and the car still kept on going!

gotta say altho these cars are ugly they have really changed my opinion of em.

yeah, the engine a redesign of the 1.3 i used to have in my 1990 escort popular.

ok the engine is shite but the chassis and suspension are what amazed me, cant wait to test drive a ka street ( best of both worlds).

New Ka's have a better engine than the earlier models, small modifications to make it more refined and economical.

There was talk of a Racing Ka - limited edition only sold to those competing in the Ford Ka rally championship. It had uprated everything really, still just a 1300 engine, but very quick for one!

My point exactly, I have one as a second car, amazing handling for what they are, yes they arent fast, but on a b-road you can carry the speed, I could keep up with a punto gt on coilovers in mine.
