if i was to say i lost my phone and it was unblocked on all networks, wud 02 block it on all networks or just o2 cos im going to sell it if canmany thanks

They might block the phone so you can't use it on any network...

or u sure cos i my mate found a fone on orange it was reported missing. but he unblocked it himself using nokia software and he can use all over networks except orange

If you reported it lost or stolen then it would get blocked on all UK networks.
You can unblock it (depending on the phone), but it isn't legal.

not any more , block em on all except if u take out sim card , take it down to market , get them then to unlock it (even if its already unlocked , do NOT put that old sim bak in whateva ya do!
then stick another sim in like t-mobile(any other accept one that it was on originally) and when u call sum 1 it will register that number with ur phone and u will b able to use ur phone!
i know this through experiance!
that "stolen phones dont work" is all bullshit
