I bought the recent edition of Max Power and in the Worx section it tells you how to paint plastic. So I decided to have a go and paint the boot lock surround. I sanded, primed, painted, sanded and then laquered. Now after allowing the laquer to dry it says that I must sand the laquer with 1200 to take the shine off it and then use T-Cut to bring back the shine. I tried this and I can still see where I used the 1200 on the laquer. It looks like I'll have to start again.
Is there any experts on here that can confirm Max Powers information correct?

I'll try T-Cutting it again and then use a good polish to bring out most off the shine.

Cheers Cobra!
Why the hell did the MaxPower worx card say to sand the laquer with 1200 if you don't need to?
