Thinking of getting one of these for my Corsa C 1.2 SXi as they are only about £70 from PVD...
Questions....
Are they any good and worth the money??
What will I get for my money?? (more bhp, etc...)
How easy are they to fit??

I like the BFO and i'm convinced that with 2 air feeds i do get better performance than the original air box.

i recommend the bfo, it sounds awesome and at the end of the day, no induction kit alone is gona make a huge bhp increase, so u always are paying mainly for the noise in my opinion, and if ur into engine bay styling, really look good with the polished parts of it.... go for it, cant fault em, only thing is, they only just about fit in the bay

BFO sounds awesome on my 1.4 8 valve as a comparison my mate has a seat ibiza 1.8 turbo with a 250 pound filter i think it is a hurricane filter? not 100% sure but mine is much nicer sounding he admits it also.

Drill the airbox defo'. I had an induction kit in my 1.4 16v and it sounded awsome but the car didn't feel right at low revs. Now with the drilled airbox I have the sound of the induction kit and the same "refinement":lolf te car when it was standard. I have a K&N filter in the airbox also.

So £70 extra for a sealed unit.... doesnt sound worth it to me.
Really thinking about getting this BFO cone, for the £70 is costs will I just get sounds then... or will I get a little bit of performance from it??
Also what about a PVD Panel Filter??

panel filter will give you no sound unless you drill the box
BFO cone is gonna give noise, the car may pickup quicker (rev more freely) but you wont get any extra bhp

Will the panel filter give me nothing at all then??
BFO cone...... more noise, reving more freely has got to be good for the car right?? would it be £70 well spent??

very easy to fit.you should get a few bhp out of it.but they work better with the bigger engines.mine runs alot better and seems to pick up alot faster.
