its has a sticky backing, just peel that off, heat up the dynamat and use a roller to put in onto the inside of the tailgate.

its like tarmac on one side and the other has like tin foil
just get a hairdryer and warm up any large panels and stick it to it ( behind the trim in the boot (reg plate) is a classic!

dunno if you know much about physics but a large area is easier to resonate ( rattle) then a small area so bang it on any large panels ! and make sure the screw on the reg plate are tight!!!!

brown bread costs about 20 quid for 3-4m? something like that when i bought it

flashing tape from b&q and wicks will do the trick. a bit thinner, but a third of the price per roll.

but nothing quite beats dynamat extreme if cost was no option.

yep make sure panel is clean
heat up the brown bread-dynamat
and stick it on
working it into the crevices, bends etc
