As above. I am thinking of leasing (or renting or hiring, whatever the word is) some kind of warehouse place where I can store a car and do work on it, etc.; for example, engine removal, spraying, that kind of thing.
Are these kind of places expensive?

you want a lock up, obviously prices will varey on this sort of thing like any property.

i am in the middle of getting a new unit sorted out , prices go from 12k + rates up for good units

BUT - thats whith office space , heating, water, toilet, alarmed , 3 phase leccy
u could probs get cheaper although its the rates that kill ya im afraid

You'll be lucky in Oxford - I've already tried to rent a garage and people either want silly money or there's nothing available.
Should be able to find a residential garage around the Slade somewhere.
