Why do you need another car you spoilt brat

Escort RST sounds gd to me - parts shouldnt be to bad.

The old GT-4 (poppy up lights) were not exactly reliable and £2k would be pushing it for anything half decent.

Punto GT - still a punto at the end of the day and again pushing it to find one for £2k

Yeahhh they were Toyota cars go on and on and on. But as for the price, i wasn't sure how much they still go for so could be more?

Yes, agreed. That white RST posted looks clean, and with good low milage for the year it was made.

I would call them

I know someone who got a G reg import about a year ago for £3k and it's had sooooo many problems, I guess if theyve been looked after they could be ok as I agree toyotas do normally last ok - which is good when you look at the cost of repairs!

£1500 will get you a right shitter of an RST. 3K minimum if you want it to be any good.
2K turbo cars are not a good idea anyway, once you get to 100K on a turbo its time to start worrying about replacing lots of bits, especially on Fords.
I kept my RST until 120K and it cost me sooo much money its unreal. Don't even think about modding one at that milage unless you have the money to rebuild the engine.
