got a chance to swop my jl W3 version 1 for a 12" kicker solobaric L7

is it worth it or shud i be contented with a w3.

btw this is probly going in a very well soundproffed car

depends, if you have the rated power to throw at the Kicker, I'd say yes, go for it. Otherwise dont bother.
