Rite I got one of these thru the post, which says I was caught on camera doing 42mph in a 30, I can go to court or I can accept a conditional offer of a 60quid fine and 3pts endorsement, problem is, I have 9pts already This surely means I am facing a ban doesnt it?

Was if a fixed camera? Sorry.
But... was it a mobile camera in a car? If so, you can ask:
did they calibrate the camera that morning?
had the camera operator received the correct training?

sorry but i disagree with suggestions of geting someone else to cop the penalty. do the crime. do the time. time without ur license is a lesson u need to learn. obviously uve been penalized before for other infringements, so u aint the most law abiding driver. might teach u not to take ur license for granted

you will not keep you're lisence, 3 points and a £60 fine is the minimum for speeding, the only reason they ask you if you want to attend court is to fight the claim, which it is not worth doing if you have been caught on any kind of camera

what do you do for a job?
if you drive for a living sometimes they will extend your points to 13 instead of 12 but you get a huge fine and if you get caught speeding again your looking at a year ban

what you need to do then is get a letter off your boss stating that if you lose your license you will lose your job.the courts won't put you out of a job so chances are you won't get banned

could be anything from 3 to 12 months Ban but i think its 3 months, but it also depends on your record i think!!
12+ months ban is usually for worse cases like drink driving!

42 in a 30 mile zone... shit, if I stick to 30 on
some rodes like im suposed to I get overtaken by
every other car on the rode, ok if it near a
skool then bad boy still its the bloody cameras
that are the real issue here, where woz the
camera sited near a skool or shops or woz it
sited deliberately to trap you on empty rode?
