Again, mixed opinions on Powerflow. I've had no problems with mine, nor has Donna, C13RSA got it done at POwerflow, and so did Daves white/then blue C4RSA.
Few people have had bad stories, and a few good.

powerflow exhausts depends on the guy fitting. its all down to him at the end of the day, imo i dont think that they're that bad, but you might get a tosser that'll make a proper bodge job of it.

powerflow have really let themselves down by letting fuckwits do their work. some powerflow dealers do complete half arsed jobs whilst others do such a spot on job and give top notch advice. its best to search for a decent dealer.

Errr, so far, about £800
But then i paid £150 for my first 6x4 (first one made for the corsa ) then £50 for another 6x4, then it cost me about £300 to get them put together, welded up with framework to support them, and fromt he Cat back (2" pipe, no centre box). Took about 5 hours to do.
Then i've been back a few time to get a new system (centre) made up etc.
But if i were to use their 6x4 tailpipes, and to do it as one, probably about £350-£400.

predator motorsport is the best place in the country for them, they make the race bike teams exhausts thats how shit hot they are.
ascar are crap, i had to weld the brackets back onto my ascar backbox after a couple of months cos they ripped off. and the weld were appauling and its rusted to fuck.

External rust. U look at any standard exhaust on a car. I've had that on for what, 3 years now, no leaks, no holes, its fine.

The fact that there is any rust shows that its a really really low grade of metal, as we all know, stainless doesn't rust!!!!
They pressure bend their pipes which = a reduction in bore size and restriction. So no matter how good the fitter is, he still only has a crap pipe bender and shit materials to work with.

They were supposed to have used the 405?? grade stainless on my current system. Its still shiny 6 months after it was done.
Thing is, you want power/quality, then fork out on a proper custom exhaust from a race tuning place, or go safe with the likes of Magnex, scorpian etc.
If you want individuality, then you go to places like powerflow etc. There show exhausts designed for looks and noise. You can't really expect too much from them!
