A man walks into a library, sits down and cuts off the bottom two inches of one trouser leg. He hands it to the librarian and says....

"there's a turn up for the books!!!"

She says "I don't want that you stupid man!"

"What shall I do with it then?" he asks.

She tells him that there is an invisible menders round the corner...so he goes off to look but can't find it anywhere!!!
