would need to price up bits mate but id say about 12/15hrs labour

I paid £1100 for full bottom end rebuild - this included re-boring and oversize pistons.
My head cost £250 including porting and polishing.

rings are 40 quid for a single set (rang vaux y/day), so £160 for all 12, valve stem oil seals are dirt cheap

I bought some race spec rings for about £60 the set. Autovaux sell cheapy rings for about £35 the set.
