Why do you think drinking should be lowered? I think it should be raised purely for the fact that even at 18 people are very unresponsible and generally cant handle their alchohol - I was exactly the same at 18.

C) Driving 16 upto 1.2l, 18 1.2 to 150bhp, 21 150bhp+
D) Having Sex 14+ with protection(all girls forced on injection till there 18 so they cant sprog ya!), 18+ without
E) Riding a Moped 16 but 1yr bans for pulling a wheelie, riding side by side with another moped or turning up at a cruise!

think we should have some reasons too.

fully agree with wolf in welsh clothing about an age restriction based on cars power.

but surely buying alchol is a pub or club is more dangerous than buying from a shop, my sister is 19 nealry 20 and therefore woudn't be able to buy alcohol, why?

cigarettes i personally hate and feel should be banned full stop but realistically 16 to 18, there should just be tougher controls on asking for ID etc.

Disagree with that one but for the reasons i gave above - dont think 16yr olds are responsible enough to be drinking - i wasnt.

most people can olny drive a 1.2 in there first year coz ov insurance anyways.
drivin shud stay at 17 coz if it was 18 u wud get more people who are allowed to start drivin and also allowed in the pubs coz there 18 so more people will be drink drivin!

A) Purchasing Cigarettes 16 (if they want to, the sooner they die the better)
B) Purchasing Alcohol (18, but alchol licenses shud be stricter to reduce chance of under age drinkers. i hate little 12yr old wankers that are pissed on white lighting )
C) Driving 18 (i think as soon as they finish 6th form, im 18 myslef btw)
D) Having Sex 16 (dont give 2 shits bout that )
E) Riding a Moped again 18 (same as driving & anythin under 125cc shud be banned!)

no boy racers, more money put into public transport - ie quieter roads, no pi$$ed up kids, no teenage pregnacies (well in theory) less fights, better atmospheres in bars and clubs, safer roads, cheaper car insurance.
