Dont know whats up with the engine recently, i have got no funny noises or nothin but everytime i pull away in 1st and sometimes in low revs in 2nd gear the car dont pick up. its only a 1.2 16V but i was not like this before. it seems to be stupidly slow and then when it hits 2000 revs back to normal as if there was a turbo lag or somethin. only mods i can think that might have affected this is my BFO cone and my 17s. but its oly just started doing it and ive had them mods for a while. could it be that the cone is getting hot air or anythin? any help much appreciated.

i would have thought if it was the cone it should be having less of an effect now than it was a few weeks ago cos its a lot cooler out now.

 its as if the clutch is slipping but my revs aint shooting up or anythin

maybe change your fuel filter mate might be a little clogged oh and check ya spark plugs, could even clean ya filter but i wouldnt think it would be that
