Ok been out on wed nite had a few but wasnt totally out of it, went to get a black cab, non there. Went over to a private hire cab an asked if he could take me home, he says yes an in i get.. 5mins into journey i realise he's goin the wrong way an i tell him, at this point he asks if i have money an i pull out a tenner an say yes. He says pay now, then we go, i say no, we go there first an i pay you. This is wen he flipped an got out of the taxi opened my door grabbed my by the collar an said give me the fuckin money. I head butt the guy an he's staggering off, i get out of the taxi and he tries to get the money again, so i chin the cunt an he's on the deck, i turn to run off an go right over on my ankle. I'm on crutches now coz i've torn all the ligaments in my ankle, but he didnt get any money. MORAL OF THE STORY BEWARE PRIVATE HIRE CABS IN LIVERPOOL AN DONT GET IN THEM BY YOURSELF

Been in similar situation to this but was my mate who chinned the driver, we had to go to court over it mat egot fined £400

when i'm out in Kirkcaldy which is about 10 miles fae my house..All the taxis always ask you to pay up front.....If you've had a few....
I don't mind..always agree a price b4 starting off too..Instead of puttin on meter.........
