the oil plug is right at the bottom of the sum yeah?
I just tried to undo it using a star socket bit, which is the right one cos it fits perfectly, but the thing is done up so tight it just snapped the bit, just twisted right off, luckily the bit isn't jammed in the oil plug but it just snapped the part that was joined to the wrench.
Any idea how the hell I'm gonna get this off?

nah this weren't a cheap tool but either way I'm gonna have to go buy another bit of the socket so I just hope it don't snap again. If it does I'll take the new one back and get a my money back.
