Anyone running one of their 16V upgrade kits?
Im using the 2L 16V ate calipers at the minute (256x24) and was thinking of upgrading to the High Spec 185mm discs with the 16V adapter brackets OR the 300mm bells, rotars and 16v brackets under my 16's.
Ive heard of High Spec discs being of poor quality though - warping and cracking easily THE reason im not running the V6 is because I think those calipers stretch the standard master cylinder too much, thanks for any help.

Ive got the HI-Spec 300mm kit on my astra gsi. Using 16v calipers with spacer brakcets.

I cracked my original drilled discs easily, replaced them with some grooved rotors from hi-Spec (£175!!) and they've been fine since. Awesome stopping power

Lee so you need to grind something? Doesnt sound good, I thought they would just bolt on? So Hi Spec drilled crack easily but slotted seem to be ok? Hi Spec do 285mm kits and 300mm kits for the 16V calipers, V6 are 288mm so with the 285mm kit brackets the V6 discs are going to be slightly too large, does that matter?
