Ask Trotty about my "unique" language during the re-fitting of that part. Spent ages trying to get it sitting right

did another one last night (My 6th car now! ), and managed to get it on pretty easy. All you have to do is be sure you slide it on the back first, as theres a wierd shape that means if you dont slot it in right, it'll never fit. Pretty easy to do once you've got the nack for it..... Same as removing the heater vcent surround in the middle- theres a nack to that too .
Pretty much nailed these conversions now though: Can do a B in about an hour tops, And the C's take me about and hour and a half.... this is if im not rushing, and not loosing screws .

I've no experience of a Corsa C, but can remove the dials etc in a B in my sleep The only difficult bit can be getting at the speedo cable on cable fed cars.

Neil, if you have dials with rev counter, they are all lit by three bulbs the same size. I can do you a direct replacement in any colour you want that will look fine behind the standard dials. You can of course use paint but it will fade in time, plus my leds will be cheaper than the paint.
The only case where leds are not effective is if you have white Lockwood dials and want to light it blue. The white dials use orange numbers and letters and blue light will not pass through orange. Any other colour dial or led is fine though.
Purple? For the dials and whole centre dash consol?
How about Ultra Violet, it gives off a purple ish glow, plus it makes white objects glow in the dark. Heres an idea how it looks..
Dude, if its that colour, and u can get the same brightness as the standard bulbs, im WELL interested!

That pic above is a regular UV led that I put in the sidelight. I can get some that are 4x brightness than those above, although they are slightly more expensive.
