The main thing that i reckon im gonna find hard is building the side panels, cos after that theres pretty much an even surface to work off. How hav you attached them? Can you still get to the back of the lights to change the bulbs? Do they flush in with the plastic interior bits etc??

i have attatched the sides to the sub boxes so the side an box is one unit!!
there are 2 screws at the top fo the sides and there are 2 L shaped brackets on the rear of the sub boxes, so to get at the bulbs etc its a 4 screws loosened job and a tin of spinach to lift the heavy fookers out!!
i have em sanded down to be flush wi the op fo the interior bits, still wanna smooth the angles off a bit more wi some fibreglassin then sand it all off plaster it in resin and get it sprayed also get a few lights in there,
altho the temptation of a GSi astra is callin me in january so it cud all get flogged on!! :-(
but as u say once u've got the side panels built u know how much space u have to work with from there!!
