How do I do this? I have a pic that is too big (its about 2mb) for eBay. The eBay limit is 600k. How can I reduce the size of my pic? Can I use photoshop?

in photoshop u can do it
1..open image u want to reduce
2..go to file, save as, then click save
3.. wen it comes up with the second box just knock the image quality from medium (or woteva its on) down to one that takes the file size down to less than 600k

do it in paint, half the size of the picture by pressing on Image, then stretch/skew, then in the stretch bit reduce down to 50% in both the boxes. And if its a .bmp save the pic as a jpeg as this reduces the file size too. it may reduce the quality of the pic but the file size is smaller
