Piles of rubbish!
Standard Vaux fans begin to work at 100 deg Celsius, your car is in "standard" condition!
If you want the engine to run cooler, just fit a sport thermostat (begins to open at 85Deg celsius and and a different fanswitch (or sensor) that turns on the fans at 90 deg Celsius!
SBD and Courtenay sell the firs and M-tech sells the second.
Problem solved.
And flush the cooling sytem replacing the antifreeze and poor a bootle of watter wetter.
I know this because in Portugal where I live in summer the temperature goes up to 40 Deg Celsius!!!!!!!!
