Right well my standard pads and disks are about worn , so they need replacing . I was just going to get some new disks (groved/drilled) and better pads . But now iam considering getting some bigger brakes .

Ive got a 95 sri 1.4 16v with 17" , iam right in thinking ive got 236mm disks with standard calipars .

So just wanted to know what sort of kit i should be going for and if ppl could recomend kits or suggest something wich will suit my needs . Also how hard are they to fit ??

thx for any advice

chrisp

2.0 16v brakes are about 60-70, V6 brakes are just under 200

Vaux-MD sell the v6 kits for £200. They use bigger disks than the 16v ATE set up.

thx for help
not sure weather to go for 250mm or 288mm , coz i only got a 1.4 16v . I think 288mm is a bit overkill .

cheers

You'll find you get a bit more pedal travel with the V6 brakes and possible sponginess so the 2.0 ATE ones might be better for you...
