Im going to be upgrading my H/U to an alpine unit but ive read that due to them needing so much power u need to run it directly from battery, is this rubbish?

Also whats peoples views on CDA-9812RR can get it for £234.99 or is it worth paying quite abit more for the 9813R?

Get the CDA-9815RB for £300 of DAbs, but i think you have to wait a while for it! was thinking of ordering 1 off there.

Anyone had any experience with Dabs?

Edit: Or get the CDA-9815 (Basically the black version) off Ebay for £235 BIN

ive got the 1 ure talking about and yeah run it straight off battery, just extend the yellow cable and connect to battery really gud h/u
