What does the light with the car and tool mean? had a few probs this morning trying 2 start it took 3 goes before it started and seems 2 eat a lot of petrol whats wrong with it does it need a service????? any comments are welcome

IT came on when i started it but doesnt come on afta could it be it needs a service??????
