hi everyone. i just ordered a set of custom made rear springs for my corsa b. they will be 90mm lower than standard. its already down about 70 on 17s et45. with no scrubing wotsoever. i know im gonna have alot more archwork to do but b4 the springs come just wanna ask opinions. do u think ill need the wheels skimmed to say a 48mm offset of would that bring the wheels in to much and maybe then scrub off the inner arch???

Any help greatly appreaciated. Stephen

Steve buy some Whiteline camber plates from deamon tweeks for the rerar. They will add some camber and give you a lot more clearance and I think they only cost about £17.

3mm is optimistic, weeken the alloy a lot

id say 1.5 - 2mmtops

its easy to make wheel sit in, just gring the welds off the drum or put disks on likei did

They are basically 'proper' versions of the old washers on the stub axel trick, works great. Yes it will add some neg camber but on the rear it shouldnt cause to many issues...

Adi - Toe isnt adjustable on the rear so why is your toe a problem? Toe is to do with tracking... Do you have a bent beam?
