Dont worry about price, which do you think is better.

Going to be running an LET and ET45 7x17" alloys.

The FK one, as you can adjust the ride height, you don't want too much air going under the car at 145mph...

^^ Corse, cos it will sprout wings and take off like LOL

Personally FK and run it high or buy some different 2.25'' coil springs of a higher poundage. For a LET i'd say 325lb at about 40mm (lowest). You can use the FK helper springs but you'll prob want around a 10.5" long spring...

As Tomas said - go for FK's.

Out of the box they're more suited to the conversion and are a better ride.
You've also got more options for playing with springs which are all available off the shelf at FK.

You'll prob find you can get cheaper springs than FK. Faulkner are good, as are Eibach, Spax, Avo, Coilspring.co.uk .... Their are lots of people that sell them.

Coilovers will give you the ability to custom tailor your setup. Ive just spent the best part of £600 of a FRONT set of 40mm Bilstein GrpA Tarmac inserts with Harry Hockley legs and they are absoloutley mazin and virtually bombproof!

No ideas on how much higer poundage springs are but expect to pay between £12-£30 per spring depending on manufacturer.

If you run hard enough springs you wont need an anti-roll bar. Ive took mine off now im running 300lb springs and its much nicer...

I thoguht anti roll bars were brilliant for handling? I dont want too hard a setup as its pointless on english roads as youll loose more grip skidding over bumps etc

Well its horses for courses. After much reading into the subject on MIG etc I thaught i'd try without and I prefer it, found its introducing some oversteer now which ive been aiming for for ages!

Just get your new legs on and see what its like with/without the ARB, its only a few of nuts/bolts to remove/put back on...
