i have been thinking about this, corsa 1400 sport with diblas throttle bodies, polished and ported head, new cams and pullies, turbo manifold, using a turbo of a cavy or calibra, induction kit, bigger injectors, fuel regilator, big intercooler, unichip, full exhaust with sports cat, loud dump valve
how much power do u think i can get with all this

no power... it'll explode, just put a let in, probably cheaper and easier

If your spending that kind of cash you'd be a fool not to fit a 1.6.
The cam requirements are different for n/a and turbo cars, meaning custom cams are required.
Depending on the boost you run etc you could get 160ish bhp.
You wouldn't be able to use the LET turbo as its part of the exhaust manifold.
Could do with a few other mods to get potentionally a fair bit more power. Its not something thats easy to do or get right, and will require a lot of fiddling around. Personally I think you'd be better off with either a proper throttle bodied 1.4/1.6 16v or an XE/LET?
