and it was doing it 2day when i was on the motorway doing 80mph. anyone know wot it could be and how much it will cost to get fixed?

was it about where your hand brake is inder the car if so its your middle box catchin on the heat shield

i had a similar noise for a while. Turned out to be the little crappy stone guard thing on the front brakes touching the disc. Just bent it back a bit

I had the same prob and it was the exhaust moving and clunking on something! i just repositioned the pipe a little bit and tightened everything up and its fine now.As you can see though it could be loads of problems you'd be best to get it on a ramp and have a good look over it as Ian suggested!
