she doesn't use the car, so i'm pretty sure she wouldn't notice her boot catch being a bit dodgy
seriously though mate, i reckon it's your solenoid playing up. it may have moved slightly, and not be functioning as it should.

i think the solenoids fine dude, its pretty well fixed in there, all wiring is top notch.
The bootlock on the other hand doesnt look right. Its not "catching" everytime, so im guessing its that!

tried Good ol WD40, to no avail, including the pin i greased it all, but the part is made of plastic
