will 17" dare X1's go staight onto my corsa (1996) without arch modification and allow a 40mm drop?

yes, i had to mod mine somewhat but im a fair bit lower than 40.

Be careful fitting them tho, its easy to break the centre caps as they only Barely fit at the back...

make sure u get the ET45 ones...
