Got this button and I dont have a clue what it does. Pressed it and a light flashes on the hazzard waring light. Does not seem to do anything else though. Any ideas what it is?

its tied into your alarm
if you have a dog or something in the car & you leave the window a little open for it, you press the button, get out & lock/arm the car
it disables the internal sensors on the alarm so the dog or whatever doesnt trigger it when it moves inside

hazard or led on the hazard switch??
mine only arms when the deadlocks are on

Should my corsa have central locking as I havent got anything on the keys which would indicate that I have?

do all the locks lock when you lock the drivers door??
can you turn the lock 90-degrees to the left when you lock it & pull the key out?
if so, you have deadlocks
if not... someone replaced the locks or they were damaged by a previous owner??

All the doors lock when I lock the door.
Just gone out to car and I do have dead locks, but still no flashing light to indicate alarm is on.
