hi people, just registered and need help
i changed the battery on my corsa and when i connected it the alarm started going off. Does anyone know how to turn the alarm off as i dont have a fob. Eventually the alarm stops on its own but when i open a door it starts again. Also my door pins wont budge and i cant lock the doors
Anyone had this problem?

if you dont have a fob then ur a bit stuffed.
why wont ur door pins budge? do you have central locking?

yea but its not rcl. the buttons feel like they've deadlocked open. if that makes any sense

could i just disconnect the alarm? or will i have problems with the immoboliser? 97 R reg sport

Couple of things to try.
Fit Battery and then fully lock/unlock doors
Fit battery and turn ignition on/off.
Normally one or the other initializis the alarm properly.
