Dear All,
i have succesfully removed the stock radio that came in Corsa B. now i would like to install an Alpine with its own cage.
Firstly how do i remove the existing cage to get the Vauxhall loom and Aerial connector to 'dangle' freely?
i wanna make a clean job of it so that i can replace the shizzle when i come to sell the car.
Cheers.

P.s, already have an ISO connector adpater etc.

take the top and bottom of the cage between your thunb and fore finger and squeeze in the middle of the cage till the metal touches, this should stop the wee bent bits fouling the DIN slot, if it still wont budge it might have a scre n the back, if not that the wee bits on the side might be bent out, just put a scredriver in and bend them back
you should get an extension for the aerial to make it longer as the corsa one is quite short

cheers. i installed it earlier on today. was a hard wire job, but that was no trouble.
however, the aerial part. the Alpine aerial is a black lead with a long black tube sorta thing. this was obviously no gonna connect to the vauxhall lead. any ideas on adapters for in this case?
thanks,
