sometimes the airflows cause the pump to carry on running. i wouldsay loom or ecu mate but unusual for it to go just like that

just turning over i was wondering where the ground for the ecu is as i have a feeling this is what is faulty as the fuel pump stays on. but i just dont know where it grounds

right well car is still not starting, there is not an ecu light coming up on the dask when i turn the key to position 2 like there used to be. And also the fuel pump just wont go off as previously stated, ive tested the ecu and it is getting a live feed and a switched live also has a good ground connection and the light does actually work it just isnt getting the signal to turn on. the coil also gets power. hall sensor gives out a nice square wave. anyone got any ideas what is causing the light not to come on and let my car start? would it mayb be a sensor ont he engine or is it to do with something not being grounded properly?
