In my sister's 99 corsa, when you take a hard corner (left or right) the (!) light comes on, then goes off, i looked in the car manual, and found out what it is, but why is it doing that ? Any help ?

Check the break fluid.
It's probably low.

mines doing it and people have told me to top the brake fluid up mate

mine did that, filled up the fluid and it was a, o.k!

if you found out that it means low brake fluid then why ask why its doing it? its so you know you are low on brake fluid

mine did the same but wasn't the brake fluid level. Can also be that the brake pads/shoes are low and need replacing.
