took my 1.4 sport for it mot today and it failed on the emissions, think it failed on the co2, it needs to be under 0.30 but mine was 0.48, so wasnt to far out, what could cause this?

could be your o2 sensor is faulty

yes but not everyone is aware of the names issue regarding it & will sometimes look inlet end for it...
