i am in the process of removing my old headlights and fitting in smoked ones...but i have encountered a problem. when i was tranferring my old headlight pieces i came across a part that i cant remove! can someone tell me how to remove it plz! it is the part connected the the reflector which is inside the light?!

just have to twist/pull it as hard as you can

Yeah you need to twist it first to unlock it, then pull like buggary to get it unclipped. Can be tricky if you dont know what your doing.

yeah, twist it and then pull really hard, feels like you going to brake it but you wont,
