My girlfriend's corsa (1999 T reg 1.2 16v GLS) every now and agin seems to hesitate on acceleration, usually around 1500 rpm in 2nd gear.
is ths ia well known problem with the engine, and is it easy to fix? I've put some redex in the tank and it doesn't have seemed to made much of a difference, but did help a little bit.
thanks

Probably a sensor mate, search as it's quite a common problem.
The petrol guage is just like that on all Corsa B's!

Near the air box on the above picture, you'll see 2 silver clips about 3 inches apart, between these 2 clips is the air flow meter, you'll see the wire coming off it.
I'd say your air flow meter will be nearer/more towards the engine though.
