just need some basic lessons on lighting and also glossy finishes, been at it all day trying to rember what my tuto told me but im lost as havent used this in a while?
any help will be greatly apreicated

For shiny surfaces use raytracing materials and have other things in the scene to reflect off of it.

Put the shinyness up on the material and gloss way up to a fine shiny point. Its all in the material editor.
