As above really, in the middle of changing the timing belt on my 1998 corsa, was wondering are there any tensioners on there I should know about, or if theres a certain tension the belt should be when fitted new?
cheers

They have an automatic tensioner on them. Check the water pump while its in pieces but other than that its an easy job.

Jam it with a screwdriver? Car in gear and use a big bar? Not sure how people usually do it, at work we just use an air gun to undo the pulley bolt.
For the tensioner as you look at it, on the bottom left side of it you will see a piece of metal with a hole in it, you need to put something in the hole and twist it back and there is a hole in the block to 'lock' it to. I usually use a punch at work or a small-ish screwdriver would probably work too.
