Got some blue lights bulbs to replace the standard old 1's in the digital display with the temp etc...

but what i would like to know is how to remove the unit from the car?

and

how to replace the bulbs and where are they?

push the middle vents downwards & you will see 2 screws, undo them and lift off the mfd, then you will see 2 more screws to remove the actual mfd from the cover - twist out your old bulbs then fit the new ones
