new ones = silly money.
just remove the fuel rail and pull them out. make sure you dont damage the seals on them though. not easy to damage them but can be done.

And can the engine still run for me to be able to hear it if I unplug them one by one ?
The ticking is so loud its unbelievable !!

unlikely to be injectors then if its that loud. plently of oil getting up to the head? asre the buckets in the head full of oil when you remove the cam cover?

Took filler cap off to make sure oil was getting through.
Splattered out everywhere so Im guessing thats a good sign though messy

And if it werent the injectors then I would maybe say that since it hasnt had a good drive yet then there might not yet be enough oil been pushed through the tappets/lifters ? etc ?

take the cam cover off and check oll the lifter buckets are full of oil. do this when engine is warm.

Ok , its not my injectors.
Unplugged each one tonight but no change.
Took cam cover off , plenty of oil. Switched engine on and fuck me does it fire out the oilways !!
So , back to tappets/lifters I guess ?
If a timing belt was tensioned too much could it cause this ?

an overtightened cam belt can coause tapping/knocking noises but usually at a certain amount of revs. An engine I was working on once had a knock at 3k rpm, that was a overtightened belt

Sound sV like tappets mate... my old sport needed a set, sure there 120 for a brand new set but itwould be worth your while to try a second hand set first to see if it makes any difference..
