Powercap has just arrived, Does anybody know where I can buy a pipe from which goes from the powercap to the airflow meter? Also it has to be yellow to match the ones that came with my engine!

Just had a look on ebay and there isnt any that are anywhere near the measurements i need! 
It needs about 70mm for the air flow meter and the powercap is oval, the widest measurent being 120mm and the other 100mm.
I was wondering if anyone made this specific item for the job?
What has everyone else used?
