Because they say it "up to 8mb" when in reality not many people get those speeds.

Because they say it "up to 8mb" when in reality not many people get those speeds.
484 kbps is ridiculously slow for up to 8 meg, theres a problem somewhere. You got bittorrent or other P2P programs running? Are you sharing the connection with other people who may be using it?
