Hey, my corsa is lowered 60-80 mm! and im having quite a bit of arch rubbing on the rear! Ecspecially on the passenger side! Just wondering if firstly this can cause damage? and secondly what is best to combat the problem?

A guy i was speaking to said he could roll the arches back, but he belived from past experience it is better to have the arch lip removed! Not sure what this exactly is, but i believe it is on the inside of the arch! Anyway just wanted to ask,if this is the bast way around it?, and he's quoted me 50quid! what u think? cheers dudes!

i had this exact problem when i lowered my car 60mm last week.

it rubs more on the passenger side because all corsa b's sit lower on the left for some reason :s

i just took the plastic trim off and cut the lip that curls round off it, so it was flat, then gave the arches a proper beating, 2 and a half hours worth!

then removed 3 bolts from the top of the pastic trim, and bloted it back on with the 2 end bolts and used stikaflex to stick the middle down

now no scrubbage

Currently swapping my arches over for colourcoded ones, I'll get pics of the work that was done to them when it had 17's to stop it rubbing it had the arch cut away and was flared outwards.
