i had a cigerette lighter wired up yesterday and last night i went to use my wipers and the 10sec setting doesnt work at all but the next one does. i didnt try the quickest setting. is it just a simple case of a blown fuse or something? if not anyone want to hazard a guess as to whats wrong?

take it back to the garage as you said, there is no point in fixing it your self when the garage clearly have made the mistake even if its an easy fix, you have no clue what wires they have been pulling at and cutting just to fit somthing as simple as a cigerette lighter. Good luck
